Working with certifications has always been a big part of our traceability and integrity strategy. To us, it is a matter of credibility. Our circuit boards comply with the right IPC & ISO certificates, RoHS & REACH regulations and are free from Conflict Minerals (EICC-GeSi). 

These certifications give the consumer reassurance that the product they buy in fact has been certified and inspected by a third party. This gives a guarantee for the base materials, the production process, the chemicals used and the people involved is all done in the best possible way and that they meet the world leading standards for integrity and transparency. 

Every single circuit board has been inspected accordingly and accompanied with a certificate of compliance to ensure the integrity of our sustainability claim and prove that we are transparent, credible and trustworthy.

Hot water is essential for quite some PCB manufacturing processes such as gold plating, black oxide solution immersion, washing of silkscreen stencils etc. and it all has to be treated before it can be discharged to the environment. The most ecological way is to treat the rest water with activated carbon. This takes out all the heavy metals. After it is treated, the water is purer than when it arrives at the factory from the main water supply! Used water that is free from any chemical content is used again in the various board surface treatment processes. This helps to reduce the amount of waste water needed to be treated.

We recycle as much as we can from our manufacturing process, from steel scrap to copper brasserie… nothing goes to waste: used drills, aluminium entry board, MDF backing board, cardboard, scrap laminate, spent etchants, used chemicals, scrap tin, scrap copper, scrap steel, scrap equipment.
